Service: Loc ‘n Roll Subscription Listing/Directory

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Loc ‘n Roll’s listing/directory service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not subscribe to or use our service.

2. Subscription and Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Duration
Loc ‘n Roll offers a subscription-based listing/directory service on an annual basis.

2.2 Refunds
Refunds will only be issued within 14 days of the initial subscription date. If, within this period, the user decides they no longer wish to be subscribed, they may request a refund by contacting our customer support at [email protected]

3. Renewal and Cancellation

3.1 Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew on an annual basis unless canceled. Users will be notified 30 days prior to the renewal date.

3.2 Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, users must send a written notice to [email protected] at least 30 days before the renewal date. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in the automatic renewal of the subscription for another year.

4. User Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the subscription process. Loc ‘n Roll is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated user information.

4.2 Use of Service
Users agree to use the Loc ‘n Roll service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse or illegal activities may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Loc ‘n Roll are owned by Loc ‘n Roll and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loc ‘n Roll is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

8. Changes to Terms

Loc ‘n Roll reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
